What are the Free plan's limits?
The Free plan is for trying Yocman: up to 40 CLI commands per month, and it needs a connection (no offline use). The AI, the basic analyses (size, dependencies, build time) and your history are included. The security and compliance commands — audit, cve, secrets, sbom and cra report — and offline use are on the paid plans.
What data leaves my machine?
Only what the agent needs to diagnose a failure: excerpts of the failing task log and of the files it asks for, after masking (tokens, passwords, keys, credentials, e-mails, private IPs, your home path). Local analyses send nothing. Run any command with --dry-run to see the exact payload.
Can we run Yocman on our own infrastructure?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan: the backend runs on your servers, with the AI provider of your choice. Contact sales to discuss it.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your dashboard, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you are moved to the free plan. Your data stays available.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT number; invoices are available in the dashboard.
What is an AI token?
The unit of AI use in Yocman, whatever AI model answers. Each step of a diagnosis, fix, question or AI analysis uses tokens in proportion to what the AI reads (logs, files) and writes. Local analyses and audits use none. The dashboard and the CLI show what each session used and what is left.
Is the AI the same on every plan?
No. The free plan uses lighter, faster AI models with shorter investigations (one fix attempt), so its tokens go further. Paid plans use the most capable models, deeper investigations and up to three fix attempts.
Why are tokens released week by week?
So that one long session cannot use a whole month: a quarter of the monthly tokens unlocks each week, and what you do not use carries over to the next weeks. Your month starts on your subscription date (your sign-up date on the free plan).
What happens when I run out?
New AI sessions are refused with a clear message in the CLI saying when tokens come back. You get an email at 80% and at 100%. You can buy a token pack (valid 12 months, no weekly limit) or move to a higher plan right away: you pay the difference pro rata and get the extra tokens for the rest of the month.
